2. Hosting with GitHub Pages
This static website is hosted through GitHub Pages by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. GitHub processes connection data required to deliver the site securely, such as IP address, time of access, requested file, browser, operating system and referrer. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

3. No cookies or tracking
This website does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies. It does not embed external fonts, videos or social media widgets.
4. Contact and registration forms
When you submit a form, Julia processes the information you provide. A general contact form usually contains your name, email address, topic and message. A course request or binding registration may additionally include your surname, children’s ages, selected course, billing address and contractual confirmations.
General enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Pre-contractual enquiries and registrations are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Formcarry
Form data is transmitted and stored by Teijal, Inc. d/b/a Formcarry, 3 Germay Dr, Unit 4 #1278, Wilmington, DE 19804, USA, acting as processor. Formcarry states that form data is stored in the EEA. Standard Contractual Clauses cover possible support access from the United States. IP address and technical connection data may also be processed when a form is submitted. See Formcarry’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
5. Email communication
Messages, sender address and any other information you provide are processed to respond to you under Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the nature of your enquiry.
6. Retention
Personal data is deleted when its purpose ends unless legal retention duties apply. Contract and invoice data is retained for the applicable statutory periods.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may complain to a data protection authority, in particular the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision, www.lda.bayern.de.
8. Security and changes
The website is delivered over HTTPS and appropriate safeguards are used. This policy will be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change.
