Withdrawal Information
Important: This translation is provided for convenience. Only the German withdrawal information is legally binding.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise this right, inform Julia Sutter, Harbatshofen 10 ½, 88167 Stiefenhofen, Germany, email julia@juliasutter.de, by an unequivocal statement such as a letter or email. You may use the model form below, but this is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your notice before the period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, all payments received from you will be reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after the notice is received. The same payment method will be used unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable amount proportionate to the services already supplied up to the time of withdrawal.
Expiry
For a service contract, the right expires once the service has been fully performed, provided performance began only after your express consent to begin before the withdrawal period ended and your confirmation that you understood the right would be lost after full performance.
